The OPC and OPC Assessment are a highly successful team of Consultants and Occupational Psychologists. Our work is extremely varied in nature with particular focus on the rail industry, both within the UK and internationally. Within The OPC we work on a wide range of consultancy and training projects, and manage and run large-scale recruitment processes on behalf of our clients. Within OPC Assessment we manage and develop a wide range of psychometric tests, as well as delivering TUO-A training.

Psychometric Assessor, The OPC

We are seeking additional support for our team of Assessors in Watford. We are looking for someone with a Psychology Degree and holds the BPS Qualification in Test User Occupational: Ability. You will also be registered on the BPS’ The Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU). The role will involve conducting a range of test administration sessions across the UK, so travelling and overnight stays will be required on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake all aspects of running assessment centres, including:

  • carrying out test administration for a range of psychometric tests;
  • interviewing
  • providing feedback to candidates and clients;
  • completing associated paperwork; and,
  • data input.
  • Business Psychologist, OPC Assessment

We are seeking a Business Psychologist who has a Psychology Degree and holds the BPS Qualification in Test User Occupational: Ability (TUO-A) to join our small team in Watford, Hertfordshire. The role will be focused on increasing our client base within the UK and internationally, therefore the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • liaise with and manage existing and prospective clients;
  • organise and manage marketing initiatives;
  • undertake TUO-A training for our clients;
  • support with the development of new psychometric assessment tools; and,
  • support with research and development around OPC Assessment’s range of tests and exercises;
