The team at The Chelsea Psychology Clinic include experienced psychologists and psychiatrists who come from a rage of backgrounds including academic, NHS and the private sector. We pride ourselves on offering expert multi-disciplinary specialties in talking therapy, psychiatry, as well as nutritional and neuropsychological support. We have a multidisciplinary model and team approach where the value of connection, reflective spaces and supervision is fundamental.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic candidates who wish to join our highly skilled professional practice. We are recruiting four permanent roles which include 2x part-time equivalent Specialist Psychologist posts and 2x part-time equivalent Highly Specialist Psychologist posts. Pro rota salaries will be developed from NHS Band 7 and Band 8a respectively at the higher end of those bands, with additional benefits including continuing professional development and private health insurance. Applicants will be fully qualified HCPC registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologists (or soon to be registered); we are also interested in qualified Psychologists and BABCP registered psychotherapists who are looking to join The Chelsea Psychology Clinic in an Associate capacity (pay for this is on an hourly rate).

We are introducing a clinic CPD programme (with the potential to progress to accreditation level) in approaches such as Schema Therapy; this will sit alongside our various multi-modal supervision groups. We offer monthly supervision, access to senior members of the clinical team for ongoing support, quarterly team meetings and yearly events so you feel connected to a team.
