About With You
Everyone should feel comfortable getting the support they need.
We work and support people and their goals, whether that’s staying safe and healthy, making small changes or stopping an unwanted habit altogether.
We give people support in a way that’s right for them either face to face, in their local service, community or online.
We provide a free and confidential service without judgement.
We use our expertise to improve the help available and raise awareness around drugs, alcohol and mental health so that more people can get support.
We Are With You.
About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Step 3 Clinical Lead to join our team in this senior role.
You will provide clinical supervision to Senior High Intensity Therapists and to frontline Step 3 teams as needed and will carry a small clinical caseload. You will lead group supervision and reflective practice and work closely with Step 2 Clinical Leads and the National Clinical Lead for Mental Health to ensure high quality of the Step 3 IAPT provision.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development and retention of the Step 3 clinical team and will work with Universities and managers to oversee training provision and supporting trainees through their training year.
What we’re looking for
You need to have good clinical leadership skills with a sound understanding of how IAPT services work, and an ability to work with a range of people to ensure the best service delivery possible to the people who need it.
You must be pragmatic and solution focussed, able to work with complex problems within a complex system - and therefore able to take both a holistic view on what needs to be done, whilst also able to work with a high level of detail.
You need to be a strong High Intensity therapist and a supportive and clinically sound supervisor as well as being fiercely passionate about the IAPT model.
