Working as part of the team around the child that enable positive outcomes, you’ll liaise with parents, carers, colleagues and partner agencies to meet the needs of the children and young people who live and learn with us. Some may exhibit very challenging behaviour, so both a resilient and empathetic approach will be key. Internally, you’ll be using your experience to support and develop the skills of the wider team, such as Residential Care staff and education staff.
