Job Details

Do you want to be at the forefront of novel treatment approaches?

We’ve got an exciting part-time (0.6 WTE) opportunity for a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist (clinical/counselling/forensic) working across our Redbridge service and supporting our specialist service for those experiencing rough sleeping in Camden & Islington.

This well supported post is ideal for practitioners seeking to step into a leadership position whilst continuing to grow diverse skills that contribute to trauma-informed working.

We offer:

  • Protected time for training and maintaining CPD in ketamine-facilitated therapy at our Klearwell Clinic in London (if desirable).
  • Opportunities for expanding and refining competencies, training and supervision (such as EMDR).
  • Tailoring roles to the person’s interests, including opportunities to work in other parts of the service.
  • To see the generous range of benefits we offer at Via including 30 days annual leave for all new starters, our health and wellbeing initiatives, financial perks and development opportunities – visit our Benefits Package

The role will provide clinical leadership at our Redbridge and Camden & Islington services, playing a key role in shaping culture and processes. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the post holder will help ensure that psychological thinking is a golden thread throughout our work, supporting development through consultancy, reflective practice, supervision, training, and clinical case management. The role will support other psychological professionals to develop and oversee the delivery of high-quality psychological assessments and interventions.

Via offers community and residential services for substance use, as well as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. We nurture new ideas, put co-production at the heart of what we do, and provide clinicians with the support to explore and grow. Within this role, you will work directly with individuals and groups, flexibly delivering psychological support that responds to the context of people’s lives and works with the social determinants of health.
