Welcome to the Recruitment Fair for Qualified Practitioner Psychologists and Psychological Therapists!
Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) with its Outstanding CQC rating is great next step in your career. We can offer a variety of clinical roles with many opportunities including preceptorship, tailored continuing professional development, therapy specific training, and research sessions amongst others. In addition, we can often create split or rotational posts for those who would like to “try out” several clinical areas before deciding on what fits them best.
Psychological Therapies within NHFT are well co-ordinated across the Trust, with monthly meetings held across specialities, opportunities for joint working and close links with Doctoral Courses at the Universities of Oxford and Leicester. In addition to the benefits offered under the NHS terms and conditions of service, these posts attract an incentive of £5000 pro rata for the successful applicant/s paid over the first 18 months of employment. Please note incentive payments are not applicable to existing NHFT substantive staff. Terms and conditions apply. In addition, a relocation package is available up to £8,000, if the successful post-holder relocates to Northamptonshire and meets other eligibility criteria. This is subject to approval.
We are inviting qualified (& soon to be qualified) Psychological Therapies professionals looking for roles at Band 7 and above from across the country to hear from members of our teams about what it would be like to work within NHFT, as well as have the opportunity to talk to service leads about actual and forthcoming vacancies they may wish to consider inc. those within Eating Disorders, Neurodiversity, Community Mental Health, and In-patient services..
