The successful candidate may also have demonstrated experience as a science communicator / public communication of science but this is not essential. Applications from psychologists with experience working for a university course team are also welcomed.

Essential experience

  • Professional qualification as a clinical psychologist, counselling psychologist, or CBT therapist.
  • Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification clinical experience.

Desirable experience

  • Published author with a varied portfolio.
  • Has worked as part of a course team on a CBT / clinical training course.
  • Experience of conducting and publishing research in the field of psychology.
  • Experience working in child and adolescent mental health services and experience of delivering CBT interventions to children, adolescents, and their families, or
  • Experience working with ACT, MI, CFT, or DBT approaches.

Role / Time:

  • We can offer part-time or full-time roles with a minimum commitment of 0.6 FTE.
  • This role is remote friendly – the candidate would be expected to attend planning meetings at our Reading office.

Benefits

  • Flexible work environment.
  • 25 days holiday per annum + national holidays.
  • Company pension scheme.
