Infinite Mindcare, located in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, is a licensed, multi-specialty outpatient counseling center also offering programs for addictions, first responders, and severe mental illness. 

We are seeking a full-time, experienced, licensed, Marriage and Family Therapist to work at our thriving practice. 

Job Duties:

• Provide couples, relationship, marriage, and family therapy
• Provide individual therapy (and possible group)  to adults with an array of emotional and behavioral challenges
• Consult/coordinate care with other service providers to enhance treatment outcome
• Participate in multiple yearly events in order to promote mental health awareness and advocacy in the community

Requirements: 

• At least 5 years post licensure experience required
• Must be a Marriage and Family Therapist, Doctoral-level Psychologist, Master Level Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker
• Eligibility for registration with the Cayman Islands Health Regulatory Council (CPAM)
  • LICENSES FROM THESE COUNTRIES ONLY ACCEPTED: Jamaica, USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, Australia
• Extensive training and experience working with couples (Gottman trained required)
• Training and experience working with trauma (EMDR certified, etc)
• Post-qualification experience working in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy, Somatic Experiencing, etc. 
• Experience working with diverse cultural populations
• Experience working with first responders is preferred. 
• Must be personable, and relatable 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain documentation in a timely manner using our EHR platform, Dr. Chrono.

Yearly Salary: KYD $75,000 - KYD $90,000 (USD $90,500 - USD $109,700)
