EMDR Consultant & Clinical Supervisor

Are you an EMDR Consultant looking for some additional supervision hours throughout the week?

Do you want to work for an exciting start-up with the chance to influence the way the company operates?

If the answer is yes to the above, then you may be interested in our consultant EMDR Supervisor role at Mindler.

Founded in 2018, Mindler is a digital therapy service aimed at providing mental health treatment to adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties

Mindler expanded into the UK in 2021, and since then we’ve been on a mission to provide patients with quick appointments, whilst offering the best workplace for our clinicians.

Historically Mindler has focused on CBT as a form of therapy for patients, however we have recently expanded into offering other modalities, including EMDR. We are now in need of an experienced supervisor to offer supervision to our clinicians that practice in this method. We’re expecting it’ll be a handful of hours per month to begin with, but the expectation is that this will increase over time as the team continues to grow.

Your key responsibilities would include:

● Conducting individual or group EMDR supervision sessions with clinicians who are already certified.

● Providing guidance and feedback on case conceptualization, treatment planning, and EMDR therapy techniques to ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards.

● Reviewing and approving EMDR treatment plans, ensuring compliance with EMDR therapy protocols.

You need:

● To be a licensed mental health professional with advanced training and certification in EMDR therapy.

● Have approved EMDR Consultant status through an accredited EMDR training institute.

● Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support to clinicians in a supportive and collaborative manner.

The rate per hour is £70.

If you’re interested in applying, we look forward to hearing from you!
