Network Clinical and Counselling Psychologists - opportunities to join our clinical network at Psych Health

- Are you an HCPC registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist?

- Are you looking to balance your current private practice/work commitments with sessional work with a leading UK provider of mental health services?

Psych Health (a Health Partners company) is always looking for qualified Psychologists to join their self-employed network and can offer flexibility with hours and sessions to suit your current work and family commitments.

Who are we?

Psych Health is a leading independent provider of psychological services. Established 13 years ago we place our clinical work and the quality of it at the heart of our business. We work across a varied and rapidly expanding client base including employers, insurers and Occupational Health providers, providing high quality mental health assessment and therapy across a diverse range of sectors.

At Psych Health, we are clinically led and believe that excellence in clinical care is achieved by supporting our clinicians to do what they do best – and this extends to our remote network of sessional Clinical and Counselling Psychologists. Our innovative mental health service aims to enrich the lives of both our patients and our clinicians. Simply put, we are passionate about helping people get better.

What is the role?

Working during your chosen hours, you will conduct psychological assessment and treatment via remote video with referrals from employers, insurers and OH providers. Typically, you will see each patient for 10-12 sessions including assessments. You will formulate and action intervention plans using theoretical and therapeutic models in your evaluation.

We support our network by having our Senior Clinical Team oversee all cases and if any clinical issues with Psych Health referrals arise, we are able to arrange a chat with one of our senior team.

By joining our clinical network of qualified Psychologists, you’ll get the autonomy and freedom to work from home whilst delivering the best care for our clients. With competitive rates of pay and the opportunity to manage your own appointments we are able to offer you work with a varied and interesting caseload.

Who are you?

  • HCPC registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
  • Experienced in a similar role providing psychological assessments and interventions and managing own caseload, ideally in Primary Care or workplace/ OH setting
  • IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic medical record systems
  • Varied and diverse clinical experience to draw upon
  • Previous experience of remote clinical delivery

We can offer you sessions as soon as you have cleared our onboarding process so, if you are interested, please get in touch by clicking through the link or submit your CV to recruitment@psyhealth.co.uk

We are an equal opportunities employer and we positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity - this also extends to our network of self-employed clinicians.
