Are you a Clinical Psychologist with experience working within a developmental trauma framework and attachment focussed models?
Do you have a background or interest in working with adoptive children & families, and children in care, with a particular awareness of the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)?
Would you like to work for a small & friendly, yet busy Clinical Psychology-led Social Enterprise?
If so, we would love to hear from you! Due to an increased number of referrals to our service and a high demand for our training, Beyond Psychology Ltd, based in Rochdale, is looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated 8a Clinical Psychologist to help deliver on our aim of improving the mental health of children, their families and those that work with them. There would also be opportunities for becoming involved in the development of a growing, well established and innovative social enterprise, a solid team being key to our ethos.
We provide specialist psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for post-Adoption support agencies & local authorities, and deliver our attachment and trauma training to an ever-increasing range of educational settings across the North West and further afield, from large colleges and secondary schools, to small primary schools and nursery settings.
No two days are ever the same and we require someone with a flexible approach who is willing to go above… and beyond…for our families and young people. As well as the pre-requisite for a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a specialism in/excellent knowledge of trauma and attachment, we would particularly welcome applications from those who have or who are working towards Theraplay qualifications and/or who are DDP trained. We embrace diversity, so welcome applicants from the BAMER community.
