Do you love planning and coordinating events, applying your high levels of attention to detail to projects and helping your colleagues manage projects?

We’re looking for the right person to join our friendly, fast-paced Consulting team to support our Consultants to deliver assessment and employer branding projects and design recruitment tools for our clients.

Our team...

We work with some of the nation’s best known organisations to recruit, retain and develop the very best talent around. Your colleagues will be Occupational Psychologists, Assessment Professionals, Employer Branding experts and other Project Coordinators based across the London and Bristol office.

More about the role...

This role is key to supporting the Assessment and Employer Branding operation. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of professional assessment and employer branding solutions.  This means co-ordinating client assessment centre events and focus groups, including resources and materials. You’ll be responsible for a range of activities from sourcing and booking venues / suppliers, printing and collating assessment materials, to administering online and face-to-face testing. A key activity in the role involves daily interactions with our pool of 150 associates to arrange personnel for events as well as facilitating and supporting events across client sites. But don’t worry, if you can convince us of your planning and coordination skills, we’ll train you in the rest.

More about you...

You’ll be a highly organised and proactive individual who loves delivering quality customer service in everything you do.  You’ll enjoy working both independently and in a team.

You’ll enjoy juggling multiple critical tasks and projects effectively whilst maintaining high level of attention to detail in a pacey work environment.   You’ll be flexible to work outside of office hours in line with client needs and to travel across to client sites. You’ll have effective, clear and confident communication skills allowing you to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and various external parties. You’ll also need to be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and highly proficient in the use of Excel.

You’re ideally undertaking, or have recently completed, an MSc in Occupational Psychology or HR.  Or at the very least are interested in the application of psychology in the work place.

Why TMP...
