The OakLeaf Group is an independent provider of Brain Injury Rehabilitation with residential and community services in Northamptonshire. The OakLeaf Group currently caters for a male client base presenting with complex neuro-behavioural disability and is looking for full-time Rehabilitation Assistant Psychologists (12 month fixed-term in the first instance) to support the nursing team and other clinical staff. The role of the Assistant Psychologist is to contribute to the rehabilitative care, assessment and treatment of service users under the direct and indirect supervision of a Consultant Grade Clinical Neuropsychologist and other clinical and medical staff.
These posts will offer invaluable experience of hands-on client based work. There are administrative duties commensurate with the role but such is secondary to client contact across each day. For more information regarding the role please contact Natalie Baker on 01604 864466 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a minimum requirement applicants will have an undergraduate Psychology Degree that fulfils the graduate basis for BPS registration. Previous experience of neuropsychological assessment whilst not essential is highly desirable.
Individual applicants are to provide a detailed CV outlining both their academic background and work experience in addition to completing the standard Oakleaf Care application form.
Application packs are available from Donna Vallis by emailing: email@example.com or by calling 01604 864466.
Salary: Band 4 (Agenda for Change)
