Job Description:

Lexxic Ltd. is a consultancy service which aims to support employees and organisations with the tools they need to achieve their full potential. Celebrating ten years in existence in 2017, we are a team of highly qualified psychologists who operate throughout the UK and Ireland.

We specialise in providing neurodiversity services to adults in areas related to Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, ADHD, Cognitive Processing Difficulties, Mental Health and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In addition, we are passionate about technology and provide other online and e-learning services worldwide.

Our customer base consists of large and small organisations, including both national and multi-national brands in many sectors. Some of our clients include Government, Financial Institutions, Management Consultancies, Police, Engineering and many more.

At Lexxic, associates form an important part of our assessment and delivery team, supporting the core team to provide client-led assessment and training services.

The Candidate

Associate trainers and assessors required all over the UK to cover specialist support training and workplace assessments.

Successful candidates will have:

  • An SpLD/psychology qualification (to degree level); and/or
  • Level 5 or above accreditation in professional workplace coaching / HR or equivalent (e.g. CIPD qualification)

Additional:

  • Masters in Health or Occupational psychology would be beneficial.
  • Experience in supporting adults with neuro-differences in the workplace would be beneficial, however full training will be provided.

Working hours: Associate role – occasional hours depending on client needs

Salary range: Depending on experience
