You will be an ambassador for Lexxic for many of the most progressive companies in the UK, as well as playing a critical role in delivering innovative services that build upon Lexxic’s culture and reinforce our values..

Associate Occupational Psychologist and/or Chartered Psychologist

You will be a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, registered with the HCPC, or working towards this. You will have experience of assessing individuals for specific learning difficulties/ neurodifferences, such as Dyslexia and Dyspraxia (DCD), and/ or experience of delivering training/ coaching (one to one and/ or groups). You will have strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and organisation and planning skills. The role could also include (but is not restricted to) conducting tasks in relation to various areas including: Dyscalculia, ADHD, ASC, Cognitive Processing Difficulties, and Mental Health. We are also keen to onboard psychologists who are able to diagnose for conditions such as ADHD and ASC in adults. You will be required to write up reports from the assessments you conduct, in line with our service level agreements and quality standards. You may also be required to support our in-house psychologists with ad hoc projects related to business development and staff training. 

Working hours: Flexible.    

Place of work: Regional dependent upon your geographic location. 



Associate Coach

You will be required to conduct coaching with our clients, either on site at their place of work, or online via video conferencing (such as Zoom). Ideally, you will have experience of working one to one with clients delivering coaching. You would be provided with inhouse materials to deliver this coaching on various topics, from reading strategies to confidence building. We are looking for Associates who have excellent ability to build effective rapport with people and empower them to achieve their potential, whist demonstrating in depth knowledge of neurodiverse conditions in the workplace.
