Brain Injury Support Worker (Female*) Required in East London, 27 hours/week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a brain injury support worker to assist an engaging 18-year old girl with memory impairments as a result of an acquired brain injury. You will work under the direction of a clinical psychologist and occupational therapist to contribute to ongoing assessment of her needs and provide direct support to maximise her independence, daily living skills and participation in college and community activities. Full training will be given and you will receive supervision from an experienced clinical psychologist.
- 27 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Additional hours potentially available during college holidays
- Occasional sleep-ins may be required and/or the ability to accompany the client on short trips with prior notice
Rate of Pay
- £17.00 - £20.00 per hour
