Science at Chemistry

It’s a hugely exciting time to join the Science team at Chemistry.

We believe that psychology and the behavioural sciences have the answers to some of the world’s most important issues, like why 87% of the world’s global workforce is either miserable or very miserable at work…

Hence the role of our Science team is to create world class psychological content for our amazing clients, gather valuable insight from data sets, and investigate and develop our intellectual property. We do some really cool stuff around defining and predicting human performance at work, giving leaders in global organisations the confidence to make better people decisions.

We want people who are passionate and curious. Our Business Psychologists are hell bent on creating world class psychological content, analysing and reporting on data to provide insight and ensure our solutions are fit for purpose, and putting science into practice.
