CAMHS Psychological Therapies Lead/Clinical Team Leader - Band 8d
£72,987 - £82,434 inclusive of HCAS

With the forthcoming retirement of the current post holder, we are seeking an exceptional and experienced CAMHS clinician to take on the key leadership role of Psychological Therapies Lead and Clinical Team Leader in Tower Hamlets specialist CAMHS. The role is targeted at senior clinicians from a core CAMHS discipline (Child Psychotherapy, Clinical Psychology, Family Therapy, Nursing) able to provide leadership for psychological therapies in the service, as well as clinical leadership and operational management for one of the service’s two Emotional and Behavioural multi-disciplinary teams.

You will be someone who can contribute fully to the clinical, professional, strategic and external partnership agenda of Tower Hamlets CAMHS. This is a pivotal leadership role within the service. Working in partnership with the Associate Clinical Director for Tower Hamlets CAMHS (a consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist) and the General Manager, you will provide inspirational leadership of multidisciplinary clinicians to ensure effective, evidence based assessment and treatment, accessible care pathways and a culture of continuous quality improvement.
