Position Summary:

Lead by the Head of UK Sales, a member of the company’s leadership team, a team of Client Relationship Managers are accountable for sales and account management for all Talent Q products and services across the UK.

Our Client Relationship Managers are true sales and account management professionals. They work remotely and are based across the UK. They develop a detailed market knowledge about their region and identify opportunities for new business. They manage the accounts of existing clients with a view to developing a sustainable “partner of choice” relationship and to grow that activity.


The Client Relationship Managers are entry level roles to psychometric product sales and will be mentored and supported by either the Head of UK Sales or a designated Principal Client Relationship Manager. At Senior and Principal level, you will be accomplished in managing larger and more prestigious accounts, as well as contribute to corporate sales strategy and planning.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

Please refer to the job descriptions listed below for more detail on each role, but without exception the following are required at every level:

  • An understanding of all psychometric products and services and their use
  • A deep understanding of best practice use of psychometric and other assessment tests
  • Track record of success in sales, with a consultative selling style
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to give presentations to senior audiences
  • Demonstrable business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
