We are looking for an exceptional person to join our dynamic team, in delivering a first-class counselling service for young people aged 5-24 on the Isle of Wight.
You are passionate and want to be part of a senior management team that isn’t afraid to stand up for young people and their right to access quality, confidential support services which places young people at the core of everything we do. You are also looking to join more than an organisation, you want to join a community and think that the sunny Isle of Wight sounds like a great place to start. You are keen to take on the challenge of initiating, managing and developing both new and existing therapeutic counselling services and programmes.
In terms of minimum requirements, you must have provided counselling services to children and young people for at least 5 years and are an accredited clinician, ideally with wide clinical experience working within the CAMHS framework such as providing family or group counselling, alongside one-on-one counselling. You will also have worked in a role with some clinical supervisory/management responsibilities.
