Barnet Family Services have created an exciting opportunity for an experienced, creative, dynamic and highly effective Clinical Lead to take a lead role in the transformation, development and delivery of an Integrated Clinical Service for children, young people and families.
Working across preventative, early help and complex need domains; the post holder will provide strategic and operational leadership of a newly forming Integrated Clinical Service. Supported by a two Clinical Managers, the Integrated Clinical Service will provide Tier 1 – 3 CAMH support to children aged 0- 19 at school or involved in Early Help multi-agency professional systems and the service will also expand on our existing clinical provision to children receiving statutory social work interventions from Children’s Social Care Services and Youth Offending Services.
The post holder will be an experienced senior clinician from a core CAMHS discipline and form part of Family Services senior management team supporting effective integration and care pathways with key stakeholders, the CCG and wider CAMH provision.
