Job Title:         Clinical Lead

Location:         Oakham, Leicestershire

Salary:              £50k-£60k pro rata, a term time only role

Hours:              Part time, 3.5 days per week with some possible flexibility

Contract:          Permanent


We are looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist with leadership experience to join our fantastic team at The Grange Therapeutic School, Leicestershire.  As Clinical Lead for the school you will be responsible for leading and managing the therapeutic services, where needs are complex and require a systemic and formulation-based approach.  A dual function leadership and clinical role. 

This is a great opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist who wants to lead on a service in a children’s environment consisting of; children with complex and developmental trauma, as well as children who are on the autistic spectrum.  We are looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and effective Clinical Psychologist who has a clear vision of what outstanding therapeutic services look like.  An excellent leader and manager who is able to work with multi-disciplinary teams and build consensus. 

Post Graduate qualification (MA / Doctorate) and HCPC registration is required along with previous experience of working within the field of neurodiversity, with children and young people using a trauma informed approach is essential.
