Psychology Associates is an independent practice of passionate and committed professionals. We are looking for an enthusiastic, ethical, dynamic and creative HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist to join our team as our Lead for Adoption and Fostering Services and Ofsted Registered Manager for our Adoption Support Agency.

Psychology Associates is proud of our adoption support services and were awarded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted (in 2016 and 2019). In 2019, Ofsted reported, ‘Feedback from professionals is very positive – they hold the agency in high regard and comment on positive outcomes that are achieved for children and families’. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who can continue to promote, develop and grow an exceptional support service, whilst contributing to the development of our practice wide services.

We are looking for a passionate, experienced and compassionate clinician who can inspire those they lead and work with. There is a strong team ethos throughout the practice. We are geographically based in the South West with offices in Devon and Cornwall but offer some services nationwide. This is a key role and the applicant would need to have a base in the region. The applicant will need to be a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist, be highly motivated and able to think strategically. The post will include a wide range of interesting and thought-provoking opportunities including therapeutic intervention using evidence based and dynamic approaches, consultation with organisations, carers and parents, supervision with fellow professionals and training.
