Barnet Family Services are recruiting experienced, creative, dynamic and highly effective Clinical Managers to join our newly developing Integrated Clinical Service. The role will support the transformation, development and delivery of CAMH services for children, young people and families.
Working across either preventative, early help or complex need domains; the post holder(s) will provide operational leadership to a team of multi-disciplinary clinicians providing Tier 1 – 3 CAMH support to children aged 0- 19 at school or involved in Early Help multi-agency professional systems or to children receiving statutory social work interventions from Children’s Social Care Services and Youth Offending Services.
The post holder will be an experienced clinician from a core CAMHS discipline with management experience.
The post holder will have the opportunity to support the development of effective referral, allocation and care pathways and effective integration with key stakeholders, the CCG and wider CAMH provision.

Candidates must hold a UK recognised qualification in Systemic Psychotherapy or Clinical Psychology and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). An enhanced DBS check is required.
