This is an exciting post for an experienced clinician who seeks to move into programme management and implementation of new services. Family Psychology Mutual is seeking a Programme Manager to lead and manage Functional Family Therapy Child Welfare in Norfolk and Functional Family Therapy in Suffolk. Both of these new services are ‘edge of care’ social impact bond funded projects with long term funding. You will have senior experience in the delivery of services through programme or line management as a psychologist, therapist, nursing or CAMHS manager and will be able to provide strategic oversight of these two key contracts to ensure high performance and the effective integration of the services with our partners, Norfolk and Suffolk County Council social care teams. Working in collaboration with the Performance Director appointed by Bridges Fund Management you will report to the consortia boards. You will supervise the two FFT supervisors and will work with FFT Inc as the intellectual property holders to ensure that the services achieve high fidelity to the model and that the referrals received from the social care teams are appropriate with a good pipeline across the two systems. You will be an excellent communicator, an independent problem solver and an advocate of evidence based interventions. You will be supported by the Joint CEOs of the company and senior clinical staff. You will receive training in both models but will not hold a caseload.
This is a three day a week post. However further hours may be available depending upon your skills and experience so please talk to us at the application stage if you wish. The post will require travel across Norfolk and Suffolk with occasional travel elsewhere including Huntingdon and London
