Are you looking for a change? Do you want to help shape a brand-new service?

It’s an exciting time to join us in Norfolk as we embark on a new approach to connect and engage with young people and support them to achieve the best possible outcomes in life. No wrong door is a pioneering programme established by North Yorkshire County Council. Designed with young people in mind, the approach will bring together a team of specialists to provide a range of specialist and wrap-around services.

This pioneering approach is soon to be rolled out across Norfolk, and we’re looking for qualified Clinical Psychologists to join our team at the very start of our journey. With your expertise, you will be able to help shape and influence our brand-new service.

Building trusting relationships with young people through intensive support, you will undertake assessments, formulations (psychological understanding based on theory/research) and interventions. You will provide highly specialist psychological assessment of clients with highly complex conditions based on the appropriate use, interpretation and integration of data from a variety of sources.

You will be joining a team ready for this exciting new challenge, and a residential service rated good by Ofsted, who are looking to make a real difference to young people who are within, or on the edge of the care system.

We can also offer you an excellent relocation package to support a move to beautiful Norfolk, covering the initial costs of commuting and moving, including legal and estate agent fees.
