Healios is a leading digital healthcare company, bringing the whole family together to maximise long-term outcomes and wellbeing. At Healios our mission is to bring exceptional healthcare to anyone, anytime, anywhere. We reimagine the way children, young people, and adults access and receive mental health services by blending the best of technology with specialised clinical expertise and a personal human connection. At Healios, we transform mental health and neurodevelopmental services by providing quicker access to assessment, faster access to evidence-based psychological therapies, and earlier intervention to create a unique online experience – healthcare that fits around the lifestyle and circumstance of the family to get the right care when and where they need it.

We are an organisation that allows our staff to make a real difference not only in reshaping how mental health issues and emotional wellbeing services are delivered across the UK, but also in the lives of those individuals and families who need our support. Our teams are friendly, focused and passionate about making a positive difference to our patients and their families.

We encourage our teams to constantly push for better outcomes and we embrace change to assist in the development of the company. Everyone’s input and opinion matters to us and we work in an environment where this is encouraged.

Clinical Psychologists have a central and vital role within the company, delivering a range of clinical assessments and interventions including ASC and ADHD assessments, CBT, Family Intervention and Family Based Therapy for Eating Disorders, and post-diagnostic support in our neurodevelopmental service. You will also be able to contribute to our expanding range of specialist services (e.g. Perinatal CBT) and our ThinkNinja mobile phone emotional health & well-being text and video service.
Clinical Psychologists are well-placed to take on these varied clinical roles but where additional clinical skills are required, we will enable you to undertake accredited training (e.g. ADIR or ADOS) via our Healios academy or through external training providers.

You will deliver the assessments online using our interactive clinical materials following the appropriate training and will be well-supported by clinical supervision and peer support, online and face-to-face. In addition, research and evaluation, and innovation and development of new online services are major aspects of the role. There will also be opportunities to undertake supervisory, support and training roles with the multidisciplinary team which includes Assistant Psychologists and Psychological Well-Being Practitioners. Collaboration and flexibility are essential elements of the work.

We want people to thrive at Healios; we believe you do your best work when you feel your best. Healios offers a varied and stimulating working environment with opportunities for career development and where CPD is actively supported and encouraged. We provide a good benefits package which include a workplace pension and flexible home working plus working as part of a team that has the potential to have an incredible effect on the future of how healthcare is provided.
