This service will deliver therapeutic interventions into the probation service. The service will be led by St Andrew’s who are subcontracted to a larger contract run by MTC Novo / London CRC.
The successful applicant will be part of a newly established London wide team dedicated to the delivery of high-quality mental health/learning disability services to clients sentenced to a rehabilitation activity requirement (RAR) or mental health treatment requirement (MHTR). We are looking for a proactive, innovative and hands-on, Clinical/Counselling Psychologist with a strong client-focus, excellent communication skills and a “can-do” attitude, able to work independently as well as closely and collaboratively with a team co-located within an external organisation. You will be eager to take ownership and responsibility for delivering your work and will be self-driven, results-oriented and be able to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills, combined with the ability to prioritise a substantial workload in a balanced and flexible way.
We encourage innovative, motivated and interested psychologists to apply.
