£60,587 - £66,590 per annum

Ref: SOJ09556

As part of a major improvement program Jersey’s Mental Health Services are looking to recruit to four new Psychologist posts, significantly building on our psychological provision to the adult population of Jersey. We are looking for qualified Psychologists with relevant experience who have an interest in advancing trauma informed practice across our community provision, to join with existing services. These posts will sit within our Mental Health Care Group, as part of Jersey’s Health and Community Services.

We provide multi-disciplinary mental health services for the whole of Jersey, running a Talking Therapies service, a community mental health team, an Alcohol and Drug Team as well as our home treatment and liaison team, and our inpatient units. You will work with other psychologists and therapists, in a rare opportunity to join a service that is growing and developing. This presents a unique opportunity to be part of our work to develop an integrated and island wide approach to improving mental health, developing recovery and trauma informed ways of working. We are looking to grow in many areas, including our prison and forensic services, and would be interested to hear what you have to offer. We currently support CBT, IPT, DBT, EMDR, CAT and Schema Therapy and would be interested in supporting your development.
