Clinical/counselling psychologist (4 days a week flexible to suit)

Annual Salary starting £40,428 FTE – experience depending
Autism at Kingwood is a charity & specialist support provider for people with autism, across a wide range of intellectual ability, many with complex co-morbid mental health conditions.
We are expanding our clinical team to support and enhance the psychological well-being of the people we support across the Thames Valley. Psychology is highly valued within Autism at Kingwood and we are proud to be able to offer it to the people we support.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist with current HCPC Registration, to join us on a permanent basis.
The role includes undertaking psychological assessments of people we support, delivering tailored individual therapeutic interventions, working alongside staff teams and families, delivering training and there is the potential for supervision of others. You will greatly assist in the development and delivery of the organisation-wide implementation of a Positive Behavioural Support approach and you will play a vital role in our mission to ensure people with autism achieve their aspirations and potential. We are also exploring a provision to offer diagnostic services to adults and would welcome applicants with diagnostic experience.
