Brilliant outcomes through integrated health, housing and care. That’s when it hits home.

Be part of something brilliant at Home Group, where clinical interventions work hand in hand with daily care and support. We’re delivering brilliant long term outcomes for vulnerable people through integrating health, housing and care.

We have an amazing opportunity for you to join our homeless crisis services which are based across three main sites in Newcastle Upon Tyne, supporting up to 150 customers who have complex and interconnected needs including mental health conditions, personality disorders, emotional and behaviours of concern.   You’ll really make your mark, clinically leading our services and working strategically to develop them to be psychologically and trauma informed, embedding a PIE model as well as creating and maintaining a healthy psychological environment.

You’ll provide clinical leadership to our multi-disciplinary team which includes Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Practice Leads and our operational Care and Support team.  You’ll lead on specialist psychological assessments, formulation and psychologically informed treatment, providing clinical advice to your colleagues on the day to day support required including interventions.  You’ll lead individual and group reflective practice sessions to support the advancement of colleagues’ knowledge and practice, enabling support to be delivered which ensures safety, promotes recovery, wellbeing and maximises independence.  You’ll also support the embedding of our exciting new LIFE support practice model (Living Independently and Feeling Enabled) so that it is delivered in a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led way.

This is a really exciting time to join us in developing our services, creating new ways of integrating health and social care into housing, and helping to eradicate street homelessness in Newcastle, working with key stakeholders across the City.

You’ll report to Garry our Partnership Manager who is really passionate about housing, and loves sport, travel and the great outdoors.  Your clinical supervision will be provided by our Clinical Practice Team.  The team meet on a regular basis to shape and deliver our services and always make time for cuppa and natter.
