Working alongside our Contracts Manager, your role will be to support the delivery of our ESF/Lottery co-funded Building Better Opportunities programme, AIM4Work. This programme is focused on ensuring the Shaw trust can deliver its vision of a society in which everyone has the opportunity to work, live independently and inclusively in society, by providing expert support to delivery partners and ensuring compliance with ESF requirements.
Your main task will be to provide comprehensive support to delivery partners and ensure compliance with ESF requirements. You will also maintain and develop effective systems for claims management and validation prior to submission, as well as act as a key point of contact for related queries.
Having worked in a similar role, you will have excellent administration skills and preferably hold a relevant NVQ/SVQ Level 2. Experience of minute taking and producing and analysing statistical reports are also essential, along with good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. As well as being a great team player, you will need to be able to work independently and negotiate and influence effectively with people at all levels.
