Educational Psychologist (part time)

Hatton Academies Trust, Wellingborough, Northants

Required for September 2020 or January 2021

19 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

Salary: NJC 38 – 44 £40,760 - £46,534 FTE (actual salary £17,698 - £20,206 per annum)

Hatton Academies Trust is a small multi-academy based in Wellingborough. It is the most improved multi academy Trust in Northamptonshire. The Trust consists of an outstanding secondary academy and three rapidly improving primary academies. The Board of Directors are looking to appoint a dynamic Educational Psychologist to join us at a time of exciting opportunities and build on our strong foundations to lead us into the next stage of development. Working with the CEO, the Central Trust Team and our highly dedicated team of professional teaching staff, the successful applicant will really make a difference to the way we transform the life chances of our students in all of our Academies.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is a professionally qualified Educational Psychologist (HCPC registered)
  • will work tirelessly towards transforming the life chances of our students
  • can demonstrate excellent people skills and levels of communication with staff, students and families
  • has a keen interest in research in the field of educational psychology and an ability to transfer this into practice
  • is committed to securing the highest standards of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students, families and staff
