We are seeking to appoint two Heads of Psychology, to lead the academic provision for Psychology at the University of Wolverhampton. Whilst sharing the leadership of our Department of Psychology, the roles have been themed as follows;

We are seeking dedicated academic members of staff with strong track records of curriculum innovation and development, to provide leadership for this dynamic and ambitious Department. The Heads of Psychology will have a proven track record as a highly effective and innovative team leader and resource manager. The individuals will be able to demonstrate experience in and an ongoing commitment to educational excellence, research and development and successful income generation. Effective interpersonal and people management skills are essential together with a commitment to equality and diversity.
The Headships offer an opportunity to jointly lead a Department of 31 FTE staff, and in doing so join the senior leadership team of the Institute of Human Sciences in the Faculty of Education Health and Wellbeing.
