We are looking for a Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our multi-disciplinary health and wellbeing team combining specialists under the leadership of a clinical psychologist. You will play a pivotal role in delivering the Healthy Cultures programme which sits within the overall Leading Health and Safety on Britains Railway (LHSBR). Day to day, you will provide technical expertise and leadership on the prevention and management of ill-health at a population and individual level, through the development of guidance, research projects and contributing content to diverse communication channels.
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent vocational qualification) in a relevant area of health and wellbeing (e.g. public health, dietetics, nursing, health psychology etc.) or hold equivalent experience. You will also hold chartership with a relevant professional body (or equivalent). This should be combined with experience of managing projects, providing health and wellbeing training and working as a health and wellbeing specialist in the areas of nutrition, sleep, exercise or health and wellbeing. You will have a customer-focused approach, the ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders together with the ability to communicate effectively and to present to a varied audience.
