If you’re starting out in your mental health career and looking to gain valuable experience, we have the ideal opportunity for you.  We are seeking ambitious and resilient psychology graduates to join our multidisciplinary teams at Stevenage.  You’ll be compassionate and enthusiastic with a keen interest in clinical, forensic or counselling psychology.

Cygnet Hospital Stevenage provides recovery-focused care for men and women with a wide range of mental health issues.  We are currently working to improve access to psychological therapies and develop service-user engagement.  We are looking for exceptional graduates to assist our registered clinicians in delivering first class care.  As a compassionate and enthusiastic carer, you will play a key role in helping to develop our services.  Your primary role will be to support our nursing team but you will also be expected to deliver low level therapeutic interventions in the form of group and individual sessions. To ensure your success in this role, you will receive support, training and supervision from our psychology team.
