Care in Mind is a specialist service providing NHS funded intensive mental health packages and residential placements for complex young people and young adults.  We offer intensive therapeutic provision to young people, often transitioning from inpatient or secure settings, to support them to be able to maintain community placements.  We specialise in working with young people with a diagnosis of personality disorders and/or complex PTSD.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Psychologist to join our existing team.  We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment and who are particularly interested in working with young people and young adults with complex needs.  You would be joining an existing team of Clinical Psychologists, Art Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Nurses.

The post holder would be joining a team of 6 Clinical Psychologists, but would have considerable autonomy to shape and develop their role providing direct clinical input, supervision, consultation, teaching and clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary setting.  We are committed to the development of our staff through CPD and training and are active in the field of research.

Care in Mind offer a range of benefits including enhanced pension scheme, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, free on-site parking, employee assistance service, 35 days holiday (rising to 39 with service) and excellent learning and development opportunities.
