Lecturer in Psychology Grade 7/8 (Maternity Cover)

£34,188 - £51,630 pa

We wish to appoint an individual to cover the teaching and administrative duties of a member of staff on maternity leave. The duties associated with the posts will include contributing to the undergraduate programmes at level 4-7, including the preparation and delivery of lectures on social and forensic psychology, the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate taught research projects and dissertations, and seminar teaching.  You should have a first degree in psychology and have (or be about to obtain) a PhD in Psychology.  

Psychology at Liverpool enjoys a strong reputation for research excellence, with first class research facilities and a large community of research postgraduate students. The research areas are wide-ranging and include the following: addiction, appetite and obesity, clinical, forensic, health, language development, perception, and security and conflict. The post is available to cover a period of maternity leave expected to last until 30 June 2019.
