The School of Arts & Social Sciences is an internationally-excellent centre of research and learning on the human condition in all its dimensions. It is a large and vibrant School with around 3,000 students (one third postgraduate) and over 250 staff in seven Departments: Economics, English, International Politics, Journalism, Music, Sociology and Psychology. The Department is seeking to appoint a lecturer to join the Organisational Psychology teaching and research group. Candidates will have a strong research background, a proven track record of excellence in delivering outstanding education and a commitment to providing a high-quality student experience. The ability to contribute to the Department’s internationally excellent and world-leading research profile is essential.
The successful candidate will have expertise in any aspect of organisational or business psychology to complement our research strengths and recent experience of working in industry or as an organisational consultant. Their contribution to the successful delivery of the MSc Organisational Psychology programme will include a focus on teaching quantitative methods.
