Recruiting for an experienced Occupational Psychologist

Edinburgh-based, Salary negotiable (basic), discretionary bonus, contributory pension, private healthcare, 25 days’ FTE annual leave plus public holidays.

The Keil Centre is seeking an experienced Occupational Psychologist to join our expanding consultancy team.
We are looking for someone who could work flexibly across The Keil Centre’s Business Psychology team in response to business need whilst also following your professional interests.  We would be interested in hearing from people with experience in the following fields:

Wellbeing & resilience, coaching & leadership development; psychometric assessment and/ or human factors.

This is a consultancy role that requires considerable client and project management experience and ability.  You will be expected to work across the full consultancy cycle to develop and implement evidence-based practice in response to client needs.  You will join a strong team who work collegiately, sharing expertise and supporting innovation and quality improvements.   You will be trained in The Keil Centre’s award-winning product and service portfolio, whilst also encouraged to pursue your own professional interests. Employee share ownership is also encouraged and equity in the business is available for those who are interested.

This is a permanent position, operating out of the Edinburgh office, with travel expected to client sites, both locally and internationally.  The position is offered as full-time though we are open to also hearing from candidates with different working patterns,

This position is for an experienced professional and the successful candidate is likely to possess most of the following attributes:

  • Registered with HCPC or Chartered with a recognised equivalent professional body
  • Upwards of five years’ experience of successful development and delivery of relevant commercial projects
  • Demonstrable record of client management and business development
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
