We’re now expanding our Corporate Psychology and Operational Consultancy Services.

As a Principal or Consultant Clinical Psychologist, you’ll work with an enthusiastic team experienced in transferring their broad clinical skills to our unique setting.  With their support, you’ll provide a professional, high quality and evidence-based psychological service within a fast-paced environment. And you’ll work closely with our intelligence colleagues and teams across government.

Depending on your interests and expertise, you might choose to work in corporate psychology, where you’ll support the diverse needs of our people. Or you might choose operational psychology, where you’ll help our law enforcement partners to discover and disrupt criminal activity.

As an experienced HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, you’ll be confident in your professional skills and committed to scientific excellence, ethical governance and working in a diverse and inclusive environment. Your passion, integrity and pragmatic approach will be supported by your significant research experience and strong scientific background. It means you’re confident critically appraising an evidence base, while understanding how to effectively address any gaps. You’ll also have impressive skills in clinical formulation and risk assessment.

As an excellent communicator, you’ll thrive in a team environment, demonstrate emotional intelligence and adapt your messages for different audiences. Importantly, you’ll be keen to constantly develop yourself and others.
