Location:  Stockport, North West

Care in Mind is a specialist service providing NHS funded intensive CAMHS packages and residential placements for complex young people and young adults. We offer intensive therapeutic provision to young people, often transitioning from inpatient or secure settings, to support them to be able to maintain community placements. We specialise in working with young people with a history of complex trauma and who present with emerging personality disorders. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Clinical Psychologist to join our existing team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who thrives in a multi-disciplinary environment and is particularly is interested in working with young people and young adults with complex needs. You would be joining an existing team of clinical psychologists, family therapists, psychiatrists, and nurses.

The post holder would have a leadership and development focus as well as holding a clinical caseload.  The post holder would considerable autonomy to shape and develop their role providing direct clinical input, supervision, consultation, teaching and clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary setting.  We are committed to the development of our staff through CPD and training and are active in the field of research.
