1 year fixed term contract (covering Maternity Leave) - 37 hours per week – Salary c. £39,000 pa pro rata (also a part time option of 24 hours per week)
We are seeking to appoint a psychological therapist with expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and psychological trauma. The post will be central to the delivery of an innovative mental health service for homeless youths funded by the Big Lottery Fund. The project is run by a consortium of organisations, including Luton Community Housing, Mary Seacole Housing, Signposts, and the University of Bedfordshire.
The successful applicant will have a core mental health qualification, a CBT qualification, and experience working with traumatised individuals. The post is being funded for a 3 year fixed-term contract on a flexible part-time basis, however this position is to cover maternity leave for up to 1 year.
The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
