Job Description

As part of the Transforming Rehabilitation agenda, we are seeking to create a Psychologist to work within the central Service Excellence team as part of the Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire & Rutland, and Staffordshire & West Midlands Community Rehabilitation Companies.  This is an exciting time in our CRCs, and the Psychologist will have a real opportunity to develop our health provision, and drive forward positive outcomes by way of reducing reoffending for our service users.

The Psychologist will be responsible for contributing to the development of, and delivering, the mental health strategy, and delivering the service across the DLNR and SWM CRCs - promoting health, to help reduce reoffending and create safer communities.  This will include ensuring adherence to the quality standards outlined in our clinical governance framework. The Psychologist team will also be actively involved in design and evaluation to drive continuous improvement of our services.
You will have a keen interest in probation, a background in working with complex cases, and a passion for enabling behaviour change.  We welcome applications from newly qualified Psychologists, particularly from the clinical and forensic fields.
