The Role

As a Business Psychologist, you will support the design and delivery of our client solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Providing guidance and coaching to managers and leaders, you will design and implement training programmes, as well as assessment and development centres for their employees.

Additionally, you will use your expertise to design online selection and development tools, including situational judgement tests and 360 feedback processes.

About You

To be considered, you will need:

  • To demonstrate your experience in two areas of business psychology
  • To be passionate about improving diversity and inclusion outcomes in organisations
  • The energy and drive to make a real difference
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
  • The willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • An appetite for business development
  • A relevant post-graduate degree and Chartered Psychologist status (or actively working towards Chartership)
