Psychologist / Psychological Therapist and Clinical Lead
Salary: £47,544 - £56,240 (FTE)
£40,504 - £47,911 (actual) Term time only (39 weeks)
Due to increased demand for the therapeutic service, an opportunity has arisen to appoint an experienced professional who is able to provide a range of support to students, families and staff, as well as a clinical lead to the multi-disciplinary therapeutic team employed by the Trust.
We welcome interest from clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists, systemic/family psychotherapists, child & adolescent psychotherapists or other associated disciplines who have significant experience of working with young people, their families and related systems. The role will be primarily direct work, consultation, training (individual/group) and supervision.
The post holder will be based within the therapeutic team base at Stephenson Academy but will be expected to travel across Milton Keynes therefore access to their own vehicle is essential.
Clinical supervision and appropriate time for CPD will be provided.
This is a chance to be creative in your practice in engaging these vulnerable young people and their families in working with you and other agencies when appropriate.
