Job Description

Psychology Graduates: Start Your Working Life In Healthcare

Whether you’re struggling to secure a job in psychology, or are simply unsure what you want to do next, Elysium can help.

Elysium Healthcare are offering psychology graduates the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working with service users, while enjoying a 12 month training programme running alongside, all while earning a salary! This opportunity allows you to build you CV, gain much-needed first-hand service user experience and prepare you for the next stage in your career.

This graduate career opportunity is currently recruiting to place psychology graduates at Wellesley Hospital (Wellington, Somerset), The Woodhouse (Cheadle, Staffordshire),  The Farndon Unit (Newark), Rhodes Wood (Hatfield) and the Potters Bar Clinic, which will see you join Elysium as a Healthcare Assistant while we grow you, train you and give you experience with service users. You’re not tied in, but the longer you stay, the more training and experience you will receive.

Following an in-depth induction, the training programme will continue your training through monthly modules that will help develop your career, knowledge and understanding.

At the end of the 12 months, the choice is yours. You can continue to work as a HCA or apply for other available positions within Elysium, or you can use the experience and development gained to help you secure your next job.
