Regional Psychological Wellbeing Manager
Region: North Contract: Permanent Salary: £34,723 - £43,306

About the Team
Our Hidden Wounds Team is pivotal to delivering our mission to support wounded, injured and sick
veterans, their families and championing mental health. Our services are delivered nationally and
you will be joining a Team of multidisciplined experts within the field of veteran mental health
support where collaboration and following our framework standards are key to our success.
We have a number of exciting opportunities to join our Hidden Wounds Team:
About You
We are looking for an experienced clinician with excellent management skills to lead a regional
team of BACP Counsellors and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners working across the region.
You will need to demonstrate that you can build a strong, supportive culture of ‘one team’ within
your team of mixed clinicians and co-ordinators and provide guidance inappropriate allocation of
clinical cases to the regional Teams.
About the Role
The role reports through to the Head of Psychological Wellbeing and is responsible for providing
overarching support to the designated Help for Heroes Psychological Wellbeing teams, to ensure
quality and consistency of clinical service standards and best practice, ensuring effective,
professionally delivered psychological services to our beneficiaries. We would expect the
successful candidate to be a qualified Psychologist with at least 3 years post qualification
