Salary: Band 8 £45,753 - £51,668 per annum / pro rata
Hours: Full time: 37.5 hours per week (Part Time Options Available)

Working as part of a supportive and friendly team, you’ll make a real difference to patients with long term mental health problems within our inpatient wards and community settings.
You’ll have significant knowledge in your specialist therapy area of working with adults with severe and/or complex mental health difficulties and a good working knowledge of evidence-based treatments. You’ll also have experience of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, experience of supervision with therapists and other clinical staff and leadership and management of therapy staff.
You’ll have Doctoral level training in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, or its equivalent for those trained prior to 1996, and skills in providing consultation to other professional and non-professional groups. Experience of applying clinical psychology in different cultural contexts would be an advantage.
We provide excellent accredited supervision by senior therapists to help consolidate your therapy skills in a focused and supported way, monthly opportunities to meet psychological therapy colleagues from across the county for reflective practice groups; clinical updates and professional development, and excellent CPD opportunities.
