In our services to Children and Adults with Intellectual Disabilities, the Brothers of Charity Services Ireland - South East Region seek to provide an environment in which the dignity of each person is recognised, respected and valued and they are supported to live their lives in ordinary settings. Applications are invited for the following posts:
A. Permanent Full time Senior Clinical Psychologist
You will work as a member of the Psychology team in the Waterford Services and will take a lead role in delivering, developing and managing the psychology service in line with Services plans and objectives within established professional guidelines and policy.
Applicants should have
- An appropriate post-graduate professional qualification recognised by the Psychological Society of Ireland.
- Meet the requirements of clinical Psychologist (Basic Grade)
- Have at least five years satisfactory professional experience in Clinical Psychology inclusive of any time spent in meeting the requirements of the above
(We are also open to considering applications from suitably qualified and experienced Educational Psychologists)
Applicants should have a Diploma in Clinical Psychology or equivalent and/or hold a recognised postgraduate qualification. The attention of applicants is drawn to the PSI Policy on postgraduate professional training and qualifications.
